Housing Revolving fund:

The financial situation of Hogar y Desarrollo –HODE- is by a “revolving fund”, that is for local and international donations; that are handed to a micro credits for a specific projects or request.

The recuperation of these credits is inverted in loan for new housing credits. As well, HODE received lending to give micro credits for housing. The interest and all the movement of the loans increase “the revolving fund”.

The financial revolving fund makes known the confidence and stimulates the donors and moneylender to give more because the funds are multiplication to construction more housing.

Volunteers

The members of Hogar y Desarrollo –HODE- are volunteers who must not only give housing; we must give a home, as a measure of support or the transformation of the family as a first step.
